It applies smoothly without any patchiness, yet has impressive staying power (in my opinion). I apply it once before my early morning commute, and it lasts until I get home after work - no touch-ups needed! While it doesn't offer much coverage, it evens out the complexion and adds a subtle glow, brightening up dull skin. It even helps fill in areas that have sunken with age. That's why I prefer this compact over cushion foundations. Being a Flora Essence compact, it leaves a delicate floral scent (sometimes reminiscent of fabric softener, though...) I bought it as soon as it came out, drawn in by the unique and pretty light pink tweed fabric. But oh no! It turns out the fabric gets incredibly dirty from hand contact and the tweed threads start to unravel. Sadly, I only purchased it for the beautiful packaging, but now I can't even carry it around with me. The Age 20's compact gives a natural glow, but applying multiple layers can make you look older and unattractive. The key is to use concealer sparingly, just a light touch where truly needed, and blend it thinly for a natural radiance. I bought this product because of its beautiful packaging. It's truly a luminous cushion that makes your skin look amazing when first applied. Unfortunately, it causes blemishes... It's also not good for reapplication... And the scent is unpleasant. Aside from the packaging, it's an overall regrettable purchase.
