Since I don't wear makeup often and worry about hygiene with cushion products, I decided to try their liquid foundation this time. It arrived last week, and I'm excited to share my thoughts after using it for a week! I used to rely on Cl** High Glow Cushion because it didn't oxidize on my skin and was less drying, but I had to apply it very thinly due to its tendency to darken and its less-than-ideal skin finish. In contrast, this Fanel foundation, despite being a glowy formula, doesn't darken significantly and holds up well against sweat! It's incredibly easy to apply - I can just use my fingers to smooth it out without any pilling or patchiness, and it creates a beautiful skin-like finish! It's such a relief not having to clean brushes anymore, haha! On my skin, the color gives a slightly ivory, radiant look. The formula seems so skin-friendly that I feel like my complexion is actually improving...? Unlike other foundations that would make the area around my eyes itchy, this one feels comfortable and non-irritating. - Despite being a "high glow" formula, it can feel a bit dry. Those with very dry skin like me will still need to layer on moisturizing products, even in the morning. - Personally, I think a pump dispenser would be more convenient than the dropper...!
