  Pros

  This was the most effective for my blackheads. I tried about 3 famous products, and this one ranks among the top. It's really good.

  Cons

  The amount is a bit low, so if I use it all over my face, it will run out too quickly, so I'm only using it on my nose.

  1. Great for removing blackheads and whiteheads from both the surface and deep within the T-zone pores! 2. Especially helpful in improving excess sebum and uneven texture that often occur during seasonal changes. 3. I loved how it helped improve skin texture and remove dead skin cells!

  1. It feels a bit strong, so I wouldn't recommend using it for too long.

  Tip

  After cleansing, pat your face dry, then apply a generous amount on a cotton pad and place it on your T-zone and nose! The instructions say to leave it on for about 10 minutes, but that caused some blemishes for me, so I left it on for a bit less time and gently rubbed it with a cotton swab or the special applicator. Don't try to solve everything at once, as it can enlarge your pores. Be sure to be very gentle and don't attempt to tackle all issues in one go!

  This product gently manages sebum, which is perfect for my needs! As the weather got warmer, I was worried about blackheads on my nose, but I think I've found just the right product for care. I was amazed at how smooth my nose became after applying the product on a cotton pad, leaving it for 5-10 minutes, and then gently scraping with the included scraper. Other products I've used before seemed to cause a slight burning sensation, probably due to my sensitive skin, but this one felt almost irritation-free.   Hmm... This product is quite ambiguous. My blackheads have definitely reduced compared to before using it! The container seems convenient to use, and the included cotton pads feel really high-quality. Even the metal scraper for exfoliation that comes with it shows how much thought they've put into the product. After use, while it doesn't completely eliminate blackheads, you can immediately see them reduced and less noticeable!

  Cons

  However...! The smell is really, really, really unpleasant. Perhaps due to the mung bean extract, there's an overwhelming bean-like odor that caught me off guard. Also, you're supposed to apply the product on the cotton pad, leave it on (according to the instructions, for 10 minutes), then remove and scrape with the exfoliation tool... It's very tedious, and I felt the results weren't proportional to the effort required.

  Tip

  For those with sensitive skin, 10 minutes might be a bit irritating, so maybe around 5 minutes? I found it perfect to leave it on for about the time it takes to brush my teeth and groom my eyebrows. The usage method is so... cumbersome that I'll keep using it a bit more to see if I can find an easier way to use it, and I'll update if I do.

  I've been using this product for about 2 weeks, 2-3 times a week, and here's my honest review: • The texture feels like a cleansing water with a slight viscosity. • As a Hwahae Tester, I was really impressed with the packaging. • Having combination dehydrated and sensitive skin, I was worried about exfoliation, but this product gently removes blackheads and sebum, making it easy to use. • After the first use, I didn't notice much effect on blackheads or texture, but my skin felt smoother. By the third use, blackheads seemed smaller and skin texture improved. Makeup and sunscreen apply more evenly now. I didn't notice much day-to-day, but when I put on makeup, the improvement in my skin texture was really noticeable!

  At first, I couldn't control the amount and it dripped everywhere. Also, I couldn't control the pressure when scrubbing, which caused some irritation, but the product itself is really good.

  Tip

  Here's a tip: In the evening, after cleansing in the shower, pat your skin dry, then apply the product on a cotton pad to your forehead, nose, and chin. Use a silicone sheet mask cover (you can find these at Daiso) to keep it in place. Remove and gently scrub at the end of your shower - it works amazingly well! I used to use pharmacy products, but they were too harsh and caused peeling. If you want a gentler way to manage your skin, definitely give this a try!

  As the weather's been warming up lately, I've been sweating more. This led to an increase in blackheads and sebum, so I decided to try the Mung Bean Pore Scaling Water as an exfoliating product. Skin type: Extremely dry, prone to dead skin cells Skin concerns: Dead skin cells, blackheads on nose, sebum on chin Review: First off, I'm extremely satisfied. I was skeptical about the claim that it would remove stubborn sebum, but it immediately extracted blackheads from my nose that I couldn't squeeze out before! Amazed, I used the included multi-purpose sebum extractor on my chin, and whiteheads came out like they were being scrubbed off. I was worried the metal extractor might irritate or damage my skin, but its slightly rounded edges made it completely safe! Actually, you need to apply a bit of pressure for the sebum to come out. I appreciated that it wasn't too harsh. So I gently worked on the sebum between my eyebrows, around my nose, and above my upper lip - it was a sebum explosion! It cleaned out the sebum thoroughly. After finishing, I touched my skin and found that the bumpy sebum was gone, leaving it smooth. Using it once a week seems perfect for removing dead skin cells too. It's great for this transitional season when dead skin cells and sebum tend to build up. While it worked well for my dry skin, I think it would be even better for those with oily skin.

  Cons

  It has a vinegar scent, but after wearing it for 10 minutes, you get used to it and it's fine.

  Make sure to saturate the cotton pad thoroughly so it's completely soaked in the vinegar water.
