I would not recommend applying it if your skin is sensitive or irritated, and you have severe breakouts. I had a few small blemishes and applied it without thinking, and was startled by the stinging sensation. Both my sister and I agreed that the fragrance was not very pleasant - it's not an artificial scent, but rather an ambiguous one that we didn't care for. And while the product information claims it helps with wrinkle improvement and whitening, since I haven't used it for a long time, I can't say for certain, but I didn't notice much of a difference.
