It has a sunscreen-like texture, but it absorbs well and feels moisturizing. I love that it doesn't leave marks on my knees or elbows, even when I have a tan.
ConsYou need to blend it in thoroughly, otherwise it can make your skin look a bit patchy.

Thankfully, this one doesn't have any of those issues, which is great. Did it cause any blemishes? Absolutely not! In fact, when applied, it gives a slight cooling sensation that lowers skin temperature. It feels like something between skincare and makeup... NDP was a brand I first encountered through YouTube ads, so I was skeptical when buying it. But it actually performed quite well. Using just a pea-sized amount, it naturally brightens your complexion by about half a shade. I appreciated that it doesn't leave that typical whitish cast or grayish tint that some brightening moisturizers do. Instead, it seems to even out your skin tone to match the lightest natural shade of your complexion...
ConsWhy are all brightening moisturizers so drying? To apply makeup over this, you need a perfect skincare routine, a significant waiting period, and a very hydrating base product. Otherwise, everything just pills up... While the natural tone-up effect is definitely a plus, those looking for a more dramatic whitening effect might be a bit disappointed. Be very careful not to apply too much in an attempt to make your skin whiter, as it will definitely pill up and look unnatural. It does a good job of evening out skin tone temporarily, but I'm not sure about its long-term whitening effects. It's supposed to contain whitening ingredients that gradually lighten your skin with continued use, but I haven't really noticed any difference...
TipNever use this with a matte foundation! I recommend mixing it 1:1 with a very hydrating moisturizer. This way, you can achieve a moisturized, brightened complexion without any heaviness...
