It doesn't feel like a typical sun product. You can use it as a light moisturizing cream. That's why you can apply cushion or foundation on top of it without any cakiness. It's an optimal type for summer. First of all, the packaging is pretty. The volume is a generous 50ml, yet it fits comfortably in one hand. The curved design also makes it easy to pump out.
ConsThe product seems to have good ingredients and is unlikely to cause any trouble. However, it may not be suitable for those who want tone-up or correction effects. It doesn't leave any visible trace, like having sunscreen on. It's just a moisturizing serum, that's all.
TipActually, I didn't have high expectations when I started using the Hwahae Trial Reviewers, but this product might just become a staple item!😍 With sunscreens, you usually have to reapply constantly, but this product doesn't show up even when applied before or after makeup, so it's great to carry around and use on the go.

Abib is said to be the best sunscreen brand. I've tried quite a few different sunscreens, and this one feels noticeably different from the others;; Even though it's an organic sunscreen, it has a slight blend of mineral sunscreen. When I first started using it, I was surprised and even doubted it, so I exclusively used this product for over a week. First of all, there's no eye irritation, and it doesn't have the typical drying feeling of organic sunscreens (they often feel tight and have an alcohol-like sensation). This product doesn't have that at all!! At first, I even thought it might be a hybrid sunscreen🙄 The texture is unique, like a moisturizing sunscreen with an extra drop of hydration. I've used organic, mineral, and hybrid sunscreens before, but this one is subtly different, giving a new experience (in a positive way). Since I have extremely dry skin, I think this will be perfect for spring and summer. I started using it right away and I'm loving it so much! This is definitely one of the top 3 sunscreens I've tried, including high-end department store brands. The price is also great, so if I had to recommend a sunscreen based on value, this would be my pick!! 👍 Smooth application - It glides on like a serum/essence, and you're done 👍 Hydrating (moisturizing sunscreen + extra drop of hydration) - I usually find organic sunscreens a bit drying, so I prefer hybrid ones. This has a subtle hybrid feel! The hydration is really great compared to other organic sunscreens. 👍 No eye irritation - I don't usually experience eye irritation, so my judgment may not be the most objective. But even when it got into my eyes, it didn't sting at all??ㅎㅎ.. I think this should be fine for those with very sensitive eyes as well. 👍 Works well under makeup - You can just slap it on without any pilling.
Cons(Of course) there is no tone-up effect. The pump part is a bit sloppy, so sometimes it doesn't come out evenly when used for a while.
TipYou don't even need any special application tips, as it glides on smoothly and leaves just the right amount of moisture, so no skills are required. You know those sunscreens that tend to leave a messy finish? If your hands get a bit dirty with those, it can be a bit inconvenient, so you'd have to use a sponge to apply them. But with this one, you can just apply it with your hands like you would a basic skincare product!

The pump-type packaging is hygienic to use. However, you may need to cut the packaging to fully use up the product. As a serum-type sunscreen, it leaves the skin feeling moisturized even after application and cleansing, compared to using other sunscreens. It has a thin, watery cream texture that absorbs quickly into the skin. At first, it feels a bit sticky, but once fully absorbed, the stickiness disappears. After applying makeup base, it does not cause the makeup to slip.
ConsThere is a slightly shimmering glow (if you really dislike even a little bit of glow, it may not be suitable for you)
TipAfter the essence serum is fully absorbed, applying the base will result in better base retention!!

While Bi*re is not known for having great ingredients, this product seems to be a superior alternative in terms of ingredients and accessibility. The moisturizing formula pairs well with matte foundation.
ConsHwahae is a bit heavy for oily skin to use in the summer. While moisturization is the strength of this product, it does have a slightly rich feel for those with oily skin to use in the summer. It's a great product to use before makeup, as long as you avoid the early to late summer months. The product lacks a brightening function, so using it alone without makeup can be tricky. This was a personal disappointment, not a flaw with the product itself. It pairs perfectly with foundation, but the lack of a brightening function makes it difficult to wear alone on bare skin (unless you have naturally great skin).
TipApply a matte base coat and wait 2-3 minutes for a clean application.

When it's hotter than usual, it seems like it will feel invigorating from the moment you apply it to your face. Many sunscreens are a bit sticky and heavy, and even though you apply a lightweight one, you can't shake off the stuffy feeling that comes up over time, but this product doesn't feel heavy even as time passes, which I liked. 👍🏻 Great as a base sunscreen! The formula is lightweight and applies thinly, so I was able to apply cushion, concealer, and foundation without feeling weighed down. Especially in the summer, when you need to apply sunscreen more thoroughly and then layer on base makeup, the lightweight and refreshing application is the best! 👍🏻 Feels like a skincare product when applied alone I tried wearing it alone and going about my day for about half a day, and the moisture lasted surprisingly well, which I really liked! I think it would be great to use year-round, not just in the summer, as it's moisturizing enough for dry transitional seasons and winter. 👍🏻 No white cast, not sticky There's no white cast, so it really feels like I'm just applying a skincare product, and it doesn't interfere much with other base products. 👍🏻 When I applied the sunscreen in moderation and then layered base makeup on top, there wasn't significant pilling. However, if you apply too much of anything, there will be pilling, so proper amount control and step-by-step absorption is necessary. 👍🏻 Dispenser The pump-style dispenser makes it easy to control the amount. The consistent amount being dispensed was preferable in my case. (This is a review based on using the product for about 5 days from 4/9 to 4/13, both with makeup (cushion, BB cream, concealer, foundation) and without any separate base makeup.)
Cons👎🏻 This product is so light and feels like a skincare product, so it doesn't seem like a sunscreen at all. But I guess it's still functioning properly as a sunscreen, right...? It must be providing good UV protection, right?! 🥹 👎🏻 No tone correction It's really just like a lotion, so there's absolutely no tone correction. If you use this product alone, it'll be just like wearing no makeup at all. And there's also no white cast, which is common in other sunscreens. So I wouldn't recommend using this alone if you want to cover up your skin tone or blemishes.
TipAfter cleansing, use a toner to refine the skin texture, and apply moisturizers (lotion, cream) slightly thinner than usual. Then, squeeze out an appropriate amount of this sunscreen and spread it thinly and widely. And when the moisture slightly disappears, apply base makeup.
