There is a pleasant cooling sensation. So when my face feels hot, applying it reduces the heat and feels great. Personally, the Hwahae plain mugwort serum worked really well with the cooling sensation. My whole face is filled with a refreshing coolness. If I apply the retinol ampoule on my nose and use this pack for 3-4 hours, the elongated pores definitely tighten up.
