ConsAs someone with deep dryness, I found the hydration level a bit lacking for my needs.
TipIf you have combination dehydrated skin like me, you might want to layer this with a more intensive moisturizer for optimal results.

The texture is unique - lighter than a cream but not as bouncy as a gel, more of a soft consistency. It seems to soothe my skin, which has been acting up due to recent temperature and seasonal changes, without feeling heavy. After application, it feels like it creates a thin, barely-there film, but it still absorbs well, fulfilling its role as a hydration cream. It gives a much-needed break to skin that's tired from layers of creams and essences. The fragrance-free formula is a relief, and it's perfect for skin that's been overwhelmed by rich creams, offering a light and fresh feel that's not burdensome.
ConsWhile there aren't any major drawbacks, if I had to point out one, it might be that it's slightly lacking in addressing deep dryness. Also, it doesn't have any specific functional benefits - it's truly just focused on being a hydration cream.
TipFor better absorption and to supplement its functional aspects, try mixing it with your favorite nourishing cream or essence before applying.

It's more viscous than a typical gel but lighter and more transparent than a regular cream. It spreads easily on the skin, feeling like a lightweight cream rather than a gel. There's no fragrance, and it absorbs into the skin exceptionally well. After absorption, the skin surface feels smooth and velvety without any stickiness. Perhaps its most notable feature is the complete lack of irritation.
ConsWhen I applied for The Hwahae Testers program, I expected warmer weather, but the days remained dry, making it difficult for this product to combat skin dryness. Even though I only changed the cream step in my routine, keeping everything else the same, I felt a slight tightness in my skin after it had fully absorbed. With a neutral T-zone and slightly dry U-zone, I found the hydration lacking, especially around my cheeks.
TipThis product would likely be excellent for those with oily skin. For others, rather than layering another product on top, I'd recommend mixing it with a richer cream. When applied alone, the dryness persisted, but when I blended it with a small amount of my usual cream, I noticed the moisturizing effects lasted much longer.

I felt it had more of an oily feel than a watery one. Application It absorbs reasonably well - the more you massage it in, the better it absorbs! However, I felt it fell a bit short of living up to its name as a cream that tackles deep dryness. Overall, I didn't find the moisturizing effect to be particularly strong. It feels hydrating when first applied, but after a while, my skin started to feel dry again. That said, as someone with combination dehydrated skin, it worked well for me! Personally, I prefer products that don't leave a sticky residue, so this suited me. I'd recommend this more for oily or combination dehydrated skin types like mine, rather than for those with dry skin. Scent It's fragrance-free! Product Effectiveness While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the ingredients are good quality. My skin is quite sensitive, but I was able to use this without any issues, which shows it's a well-crafted product.
ConsI didn't feel like it was particularly effective at addressing deep dryness.

The texture is a gel, but it feels slightly rich. When applied, it gives a sensation of creating a moisturizing barrier. The scent is just like a regular moisturizer, and I appreciated that it doesn't have an artificial fragrance. I loved the cooling effect after application. Being a gel, it absorbs well! From my experience, I think this would suit those with oily skin types.
ConsUnfortunately, even when I only applied sunscreen over this, it immediately started pilling. I was disappointed that it didn't seem to address my deep dryness.
