Even if it gets into the eyes, unlike other products, it stings and irritates less. I tried using it with heavy makeup, and it was good because it removed it well. I would recommend it to those with dry skin, as it gives a moisturized feeling. The formula is like water, so it flows down, and you have to use it by scooping it into your hands.
Cons
It's a shame, but when using a long-lasting mascara, it does tend to remain on the lashes. That's why using cleansing oil and cream cleanser is essential. There are times when it doesn't come off completely, but in those cases, I apply the oil twice and then use the cleanser.
