Pros
First off, I love how sturdy the packaging feels! The container closes with a satisfying click at the end. As you can see in the photo, when I applied it to the back of my hand, there were tiny white particles or capsules. These are actually called "ice capsules"! I've tried other creams with capsules before, but sometimes those left residue on my face. With this product, the capsules dissolve completely when applied, which is great. When you apply it, it instantly cools your skin. This is perfect for someone like me with a lot of facial heat (though I wish the cooling effect lasted longer). I also appreciated how it's not sticky after application. I think this would be great as a light gel cream for oily skin types who experience a lot of facial heat during summer!
Cons
The fragrance was a bit strong for my liking. I think it would be fine without it. It has quite an intense rose-like scent. I found that finishing with just this product left my skin feeling slightly under-hydrated. In my experience, when I applied makeup over this cream, it tended to pill a little.
Tip
It's great to apply this after using a hair dryer when your skin feels hot - it cools down instantly.

Pros
-I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive. -True to its name, this product definitely has a cooling effect. I tend to have redness on my cheeks, and usually feel a burning sensation within an hour after washing my face. With this cream, I'm thrilled that the heat doesn't build up at all. -The fragrance is quite strong but has a pleasant, slightly sweet scent. -It contains what they call "ice ceramide capsules," but you can't feel the particles at all when applying. It spreads smoothly, making it suitable even for those with extremely sensitive skin like mine. -I love how well it absorbs. Right after application, it feels firm on the skin, then sinks in nicely, leaving a fresh finish without any stickiness. It seems to address deep dryness too. This cream is perfect for those with oily skin to use in summer, and I plan to make it my go-to summer moisturizer from now on.
Cons
-It's disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula, which would be more hygienic. I really wish it came in a tube container.
Tip
-For those with extremely sensitive skin like mine, I recommend gradually introducing this product. When I first used it, I felt a burning sensation with heat around my chin and mouth area. I switched back to my regular cream and slowly incorporated this one more frequently. Now, that initial reaction has completely disappeared.

Pros
First, let me describe my skin type: I have atopic skin with an oily T-zone and very dry, sensitive U-zone. Products with ceramides and hyaluronic acid tend to work well for me. Given my sensitive skin, I always make sure to use a product for an extended period before writing a review! Texture and application: It has that lovely gel-like feeling when you apply it. The beads in the formula are so fine, you can barely feel them as you spread the product. I started keeping it in the fridge partway through, but even before that, it had that cool, smooth gel sensation when applied. Rather than using a small amount, I found it's best to apply a generous layer - it almost feels like you're doing a mask! The result is incredibly smooth and soft skin. Absorption: Being a gel, it absorbs quickly and lightly. The tiny beads melt away and are quickly absorbed too! Instead of feeling like it's penetrating deep into the skin, it seems to absorb just beneath the surface, creating a protective layer. It absorbs completely without leaving any residue, which is great. Hydration: For my very dry cheeks, the hydration was a bit lacking, but it was perfect for my oily U-zone! If you have very oily skin, you might find it slightly rich. As I mentioned, it feels like it creates a thin, hydrating layer on the skin. When I layer this with other toners and emulsions, it provides perfect hydration for my dry areas. For my oily areas, it was a tad heavy. Blemishes: I've tried quite a few creams with ceramide beads, and most of them caused blemishes. But this one absorbed so well that I didn't experience any breakouts! Also, my skin tends to break out when it's not properly hydrated, but this product isn't too heavy, making it perfect for use right now.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't quite address deep dryness - it doesn't seem to hydrate the deeper layers of the skin. It provides adequate hydration for the day, but that's about it. Of course, two weeks isn't a very long time, but I still feel very dry if I don't apply something immediately after washing my face, which is disappointing. When I first applied it, I felt a warming sensation. It wasn't a cooling effect, but more like the uncomfortable warmth you get when using a product that doesn't agree with your skin. It wasn't very pleasant... Fortunately, it didn't cause any breakouts, but that initial sensation was a bit startling. Just to be sure, I tried applying small amounts again, and then I realized it was just a cooling sensation. Now it feels fine!
Tip
If you have dry skin, I'd recommend layering this product and applying it as a final step. It's perfect for summer! It might be a bit light for winter, but it provides just the right amount of hydration for the current season. For those with oily skin, you could use it alone or combine it with a very light toner. Lastly, I highly recommend keeping it in the fridge. If you apply a thick layer, it feels just like a mask!

I was lucky enough to be selected as one of The Hwahae Testers and have been using this product for a week before writing this review. Lately, my skin has been super dry underneath, but the surface has been so oily that I've been getting these tiny blemishes popping up frequently. It's been quite frustrating! Just when I was thinking I needed to buy a lightweight moisturizer, I got the chance to try out the CELL FUSION C Cool-Down Gel Cream! First off, the texture is quite fluid, and you can feel little particles in it. Even though the product was at room temperature, it felt wonderfully cool on my skin when I applied it! It really works hard to address that deep dryness, so I didn't experience any tightness. I highly recommend this hydrating cream for summer use!
Cons
Since it's primarily a hydrating cream, it doesn't provide intense moisturization, so it might not be sufficient for winter use. As a hydrating cream, it absorbs quickly into the skin, so it doesn't leave much of a glowy finish.

수부지, 요철, 모공, 트러블, 블렉헤드 피부 여름에 사용할 크림 찾다가 쿨링, 모공, 진정이라는 문구가 마음에 들었음 젤크림이지만 마냥 물처럼 라이트하지 않아서 수부지가 좋아할 여름 사용감이라 생각 캡슐이 있는데 도포시 자극감 없음. 쿨링, 세라마이드 캡슐이라는데 미묘하게 캡슐 터질 때 시원한듯 향이 있는데 좀 강한편. 옛날에 언니들이나 엄마가 쓰던 화장품향, 여성스러운 향같은? 조금 있으면 사라져서 크게 불편감 없음 흡수력이 좋음. 도포 후 번들, 끈적이지 않아서 메이크업 전, 아침에 쓰기 좋았다는게 제일 장점이였음 기름기를 잡아주는 느낌

쿨링감 유지를 위해 외부환경의 영향을 적게 받게 하려고 용기가 두꺼운건가 싶지만 과대포장 느낌이라 호는 아님. 리필 용기 판매할 듯한 케이스인데 그러면 좋을 듯 쿨링감은 대표적인 문구로 내걸었지만 쿨링감이 강하지는 않음. 얇은 피부(눈가, 입가) 등에서만 느껴지는 가벼운 쿨링감

약 일주일 가량 사용 후 작성하는 리뷰입니다! 투명한 겔 타입의 크림에 하얀 알갱이가 쏙쏙 들어가있어요 얼굴에 올리면 알갱이가 사르르 사라지면서 함께 흡수됩니다. 부드럽게 발리면서 촉촉+약간의 쿨링감이 있습니다 쿨링 젤 크림이지만 자극적인 쿨링감 보다 은은한 쿨링감이 있어요 조금 더 강한 쿨링감을 원하면 냉장고 보관하면 좋을것같네요! 가벼운 느낌이여서 지금부터 여름까지 사용하기 좋은 느낌이고 향은 어디선가 맡아본 화장품 향인데 개인적으로 조금 강하게 느껴져서 아쉬웠어요 패키지가 꽤 크지만 텅텅 빈 느낌의 통이기에 왜일까 했는데 중간 크림(하얀통)부분이 분리되더라구요 리필형은 따로 파는지 모르겠지만 신기했어요 촉촉한 겔 타입의 크림이 사르르 흡수되면서 촉촉하게 마무리되어서 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다 열감이 있을때 피부에 약간 도톰히 올려 열감 낮추는 용도로 사용해도 좋을것같습니다!

Pros
Here is my review after receiving and using the product for 8 days. The formulation is a gel type and there are little beads inside. When rolling it with my hands, the beads burst and get absorbed. The aspect I liked the most is that it felt cooling when applied to the face. I think this soothing effect would be great for those with a lot of facial heat, especially in the summer. I purchased it mainly for my enlarged pores, but I haven't noticed a significant difference yet, so I'll have to use it more to see the results. When I absorbed it on the back of my hand, it left a slight sheen, but there was also a bit of a sticky feeling that remained. I have a normal, unremarkable skin type. I hope this review is helpful!

It was a bit disappointing that there was a slight stickiness left after absorption. The cooling sensation was there, so it was covered, but it would have been better if it had felt a bit more refreshing.
Tip
I have fairly normal skin, so I don't have any special tips. I just slathered it on generously - it's refreshing! ^^
