The color looks natural and it completely covers my original lip color without any patchiness! It's the epitome of flawless application. The thick texture feels a bit drying, unfortunately. As a result, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells, making me hesitant to reach for it... This lip product offers excellent coverage and a natural finish. However, its dense formula may not be ideal for those with dry lips, as it can accentuate flakiness. This is it, this is the one! It covers lip stains completely and works even better than using foundation to hide lip color! There's a bit of creasing in the upper eyelid, but it's not too severe!

Too often, the actual color on my lips doesn't match what's shown, but this time I'm so pleased. Using this lip base definitely helps the color appear almost identical to what's shown on the product page. As you can see in the photos, the Heart Percent Teddy Mocha used to look too pink on me, which was a bit disappointing. But with this lip base, it finally shows up as the beautiful brown I was hoping for. I can't imagine applying lipstick without this now! It does tend to emphasize dead skin cells a bit. It's not severe, but even when applied carefully, it can make some flakiness more noticeable. Despite this, it performs its role as a base so well that I'm still very satisfied with it. My application method is to dab a small amount twice on both the upper and lower lip, then spread it evenly with my finger. This technique provides sufficient color payoff!
