1. Disappointing cleansing power
It really struggles to remove mascara. You have to rub vigorously to get it off. At first, I thought it was working, but after using this, wiping the rest of my face (except lips and eyes) with another cleansing water, doing a second cleanse with foam cleanser, and looking in the mirror to start my skincare routine, I was shocked. The mascara and eyeliner were still there under my eyes, looking like panda eyes.
As you can see in the photo, mascara is really hard to remove even with vigorous rubbing, and my skin got red from the friction.
If you try to remove mascara like this on your actual eyes, it would stretch out your skin and cause damage.

2. The oil and water layers don't mix well
Even after shaking, it doesn't seem to blend properly. Visually, there are some bubbles, but the oil at the bottom doesn't mix in completely even with shaking. No matter how much you shake it, it never feels perfectly blended.

3. Frustrating dispenser
Even after shaking vigorously, the solution doesn't come out easily. You might be tempted to squeeze the bottle out of frustration, but of course that won't work since it's not a tube type. It's good that it doesn't gush out, but this is too restrictive.

However, this product lives up to its claims - absolutely no eye irritation. Even my mom, who's had eye surgery, uses it without any discomfort. The ingredients are quite good too. When using it, you can really feel how gentle the product is.

2. Texture (Finish)
There are different types of makeup removers - some are more watery, while others are thicker. This S Nature remover falls into the watery category. It absorbs quickly into the cotton pad without leaving any residue, making it feel light when you're removing makeup. It's refreshing, like a toner, with less of that oily, sticky feeling.
While it feels fresh during use, the finish is hydrating. It doesn't strip the eye area of oil and moisture. I liked that even after double cleansing, my skin didn't feel overly dry.
