First off, I absolutely adore the pink packaging - it's so pretty and right up my alley. As someone with wavy hair, I've been straightening it religiously since middle school - that's nearly 20 years! Add in multiple perms and frequent coloring, and you can imagine my poor locks are always looking a bit frazzled and damaged. That's why I never skip my treatment when washing my hair. I'm quite picky about hair products and only use high-quality ones, which might explain how I've managed to keep my long hair despite all the abuse! The texture of this treatment is on the richer side - somewhere between a conditioner and a typical treatment. The scent is floral yet sweet, reminiscent of a familiar fragrance I can't quite place. I applied a generous amount to my damp hair, focusing on the ends, and left it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. My hair felt silky smooth, like seaweed gently swaying in the water. Usually, I always apply a hair essence before drying, but I decided to skip it this time to see how the treatment would perform on its own. To my surprise, my hair didn't feel messy at all - instead, it was beautifully tamed and smooth. I'm really impressed!
ConsAfter winning, I checked the ingredients list and was a bit disappointed with some of the components.
TipAfter shampooing, gently towel-dry your hair before applying the treatment. Press it into your strands to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients. If your hair still feels stiff after drying, don't forget to use a hair essence!
