If you don't use a soap dish that drains well, it softens too quickly

I bought this for my morning cleanse and I love it! While many say it crumbles easily, I didn't experience that - perhaps because I use it quickly and dry it right after. Instead, I noticed it produces a fine powder. Being a vegan product, it doesn't lather much, but that's okay because it doesn't cause any blemishes, which is great!
