I used this product on the recommendation of a Lush employee when my milia wouldn't calm down. Despite its appearance, it has a lightweight texture that doesn't feel sticky after application, which I really liked. It's also hydrating, so my skin didn't feel dry afterwards. My blemishes have improved significantly, so I'm definitely considering repurchasing! It's quite expensive... I applied it every morning and evening, but it only lasted about a month and a half. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 13, 2021
Perfect for combination dehydrated skin - not too oily or dry The quantity is too small for the price... I believe this is the largest size available When used with tea tree water, it's a real blemish-busting powerhouse - ki*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2021
When my usual vanishing cream was out of stock, I decided to try the Guerlain Impérialis product after much deliberation! Similar to a vanishing cream, it has a light texture that absorbs quickly into the skin without any stickiness. It's also great for helping with blemishes! It's quite thin and oily, so those with oily skin should steer clear! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 16, 2020
The absorption and hydration are really excellent. It feels like a deeply moisturizing cream with plenty of hydration. I didn't realize it contained shea butter when I bought it. For the first day or two, it felt great, but then blemishes started creeping up gradually. When I checked the ingredients list, I found out it had shea butter... Since shea butter doesn't agree with my skin, I had to pass it on to my husband. Be careful if you're sensitive to certain ingredients! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2019
- Gentle on skin Highly recommended if you're looking for a non-irritating emulsion! - Price It's expensive and the volume is so small - Scent It has a strange muddy smell... If you collect 5 Lush Black Pots and bring them to the store, they'll exchange them for a product! - cu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinJan 23, 2019
As someone with normally blemish-free skin that gets slightly dry (except in summer), I found the absorption and application of this product to be top-notch! It had a slightly rich feel while seeming to coat my face, and I didn't experience any dryness even as time passed! After only using masks from Lush, I decided to pay more attention to skincare. When I asked an employee, they recommended the Imperial and Aroma Water from the lavender line as a basic routine - it's even a soothing line💜 However, after applying it and waking up the next morning, I found five or six small bumps along my facial contours and cheeks, with an added burning sensation to boot! This was the worst case of blemishes I've had since middle school when I had an allergic reaction to sunscreen. I rushed to the dermatologist, who said it was close to an allergic reaction caused by an ingredient that irritated my skin. Wondering why, I compared the ingredients with products I've used without issues, and found that it contains parabens. As someone who was ignorant about ingredients, this incident led me to install Hwahae, where I saw parabens clearly marked as a caution ingredient. If even I, who has 'slightly sensitive but generally okay' skin, had such a reaction, I'd advise those with very sensitive skin to avoid using this product if possible, except in unavoidable situations. If you know it contains parabens and still want to buy it... I won't stop you... but... I'm not going to purchase it myself... - ej********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2018
Still using this consistently and here's my honest review. For combination dehydrated skin, overly rich products lead straight to blemishes, but using something without enough oil and moisture balance leaves my skin parched. This cream hits that perfect sweet spot! I use it like a night cream after my exfoliating toner (and optional serum) before bed. It's not sticky at all and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. A little goes a long way, so I'm really satisfied with how it absorbs well and moisturizes my face. If you don't control the amount well, it can create a white cast-like effect with the cream sitting on your face. The key is to apply it carefully while managing the quantity. Don't be stingy, use it daily. Pro tip: purchase it from duty-free shops for savings! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 5, 2018
The hydration power is definitely impressive. After application, it gives a slight brightening effect to the skin. As typical with Lush products, this contains parabens, which I'm not comfortable with. I only used it a few times before stopping. It's a shame about the money spent, but I bought it without knowing, so I immediately discontinued use. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 11, 2018
Perfect for spring and fall. The scent is pleasant, and when applied at night, your skin feels soft and fresh in the morning. The packaging is inconvenient. Also, Lush emulsions generally absorb slowly. As a result, on hot days, sweat tends to seep through the emulsion layers. It's more convenient to use if you transfer it to a pump bottle. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2018
When I first used it in winter, the hydration was incredible. It felt so soft and blended perfectly with my complexion. The price point is quite steep, and as I continued using it into spring, it seemed to make my skin feel more rich. Despite this, I was still satisfied with the product overall. It works well when used in combination with other Lush products like Grease Lightning and Eau Roma Water.
