Pros
I've tried various Lush products, but this one has been the most effective, even more so than the three or more bottles of Magnermint I've used up! My skin usually doesn't have much trouble with acne, except for the occasional few pimples, but every few years, my skin just goes haywire. Recently, I struggled to get my skin back to normal, and if I had to pick just one product that was the most effective, it would be this mask. It's a wash-off mask, but it's not too heavy and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and soothed after use. If I follow up with a good moisturizer, it's perfect.
Cons
The biggest downside is the unreasonably high price for the small amount you get, considering the short usage period... Of course, I'm buying into the Lush brand and image, but personally, I don't think everything from Lush is automatically harmless. I usually avoid their bath products due to the added dyes, and I'm disappointed they felt the need to add fragrance to this product as well. After watching a video on their mask production process, I also heard they use talc, which is a controversial ingredient. Of course, no product is perfect, but given the high price tag, it's a bit disappointing. While I'm very satisfied with the product experience, there's a powdery residue left behind that requires extra rinsing or using a face towel to fully remove. I don't have major doubts since it's a Lush product, but the fact that there's something left on my face after rinsing can be a bit unsettling. Also, I wasn't warned at the store, but I learned the hard way that the product can separate with the water on top if you're not careful when opening it.

I saw your review, Yutru! The calming effect is amazing!!!! My skin has been flipping out lately, with cystic acne explosions, but the cystic acne has completely settled down now. The price is a bit steep, but I will repurchase. I've also tried Maegmin Tea, and that one showed a bit more effect and was less drying.

I've been using this product since I first encountered it on a trip to Japan, and I've continued to use it consistently in Korea as well! As I have sensitive skin, I use it during the spring and fall when my skin tends to get irritated. I love it so much - the next day, I can really feel that my skin has been soothed... This seems to be more effective for cystic acne and inflammation rather than just regular whiteheads. It's truly the best for calming my skin.

The scent is just not good at all, and the lingering fragrance is quite strong.

It was the best for soothing my acne! In my case, my oil-moisture balance was disrupted, so I tend to have a lot of acne. Catastrophe was especially good at replenishing moisture to my face. And while it has a subtle exfoliating function, it also had some effect on the oily T-zone. Whenever my skin seemed to be getting worse, I would buy it, and I think I've used about 8 bottles - it was a remarkable product that prevented the worst situations!
Cons
The amount is a bit small for the price. At first, there was a slight separation, like water?, and it was a bit of a hassle to mix it together! And the expiration date is only about a month, so it's not very long.

Pros
I had a complex and sensitive skin type. My skin would get completely out of whack even with the slightest mistake, so I was really worried about it. I usually like Lush products, so I bought this face mask to try it out, and my blemishes have calmed down and my skin looks really great!
