Pros
Even though my skin was so dry that I had to apply an additional cream after using the moisturizer, when I first started using it 4 years ago, the moisturizer alone was enough to keep my skin hydrated. At night, I would apply it and wake up with my skin feeling smooth and supple, as if I had done a facial. It was my go-to moisturizer that I used religiously.
Cons
I used this moisturizer for 2 years, then switched to a different product for a while. But I couldn't find one that worked as well, so last year I ordered a large quantity to start using it again. But somehow, either the product had changed or my skin type had shifted, because now it's causing breakouts and is completely different from how it was when I first used it... It's become a problem child for me.

It was great to use this lotion all year round as it has the right amount of moisture and oil content. The Johnson's Baby Lotion has almost completely restored my once difficult skin to its former state. Thank you Itskin! It feels like it fills the skin with moisture and creates an oil barrier to keep it from going out.
Cons
Those with oily skin may find it a bit too oily. I've been mixing this moisturizer with centella powder, which makes it a bit less burdensome to apply. And if you use too much, it can cause a bit of breakout, so be careful, especially if you have oily skin!
Tip
Many people keep their moisturizers in the refrigerator and use them. So when I first used this product, I put it in the fridge to calm it down and then applied it, but honestly, there's no cooling effect. It does get a bit cooler, but the moment you scoop it out and apply it, you don't feel that cooling sensation. The moisture content is good. It absorbs well and applies smoothly.
Cons
I received a lot of samples of this and used it occasionally whenever I needed a moisturizer, but every time I used it, I would get pimples the next day. I already have acne-prone skin, but this seems to make it worse, so I won't be using up the remaining samples and I don't plan to purchase this in the future.
