Pros
It's moisturizing, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel sticky at all. The scent is subtle and pleasant. My skin is very sensitive and prone to irritation, so I can't use just anything, but this one is completely great. No trouble and it feels gentle.
Cons

My skin is dry, but when I use products with a lot of oil, I get pimples right away because my skin is sensitive. I carefully checked the ingredients and bought this product, and I've been using it for about 2 weeks. The texture is smooth, and the fragrance is not too strong, just subtle - I really like it. I have sensitive skin, so I can't just slather on any cosmetics. But I've been able to use this fermented snail lotion for 4-5 bottles in a row without any trouble. It's moisturizing without being oily, and the fragrance is subtle - I'm really satisfied with it.
Cons
After the packaging was updated to plastic, it became lighter, which is nice, but now it's hard to tell how much product is left, which is a bit disappointing.

First of all, I really liked how gentle it was. I've had my skin turn upside down before from using the wrong skin and lotion, but this one doesn't cause any trouble and has no scent, which I liked. The application is also very smooth. I will repurchase this. 🙋🏻‍♀️

The fragrance was not objectionable, and when applied, it felt refreshing and light, yet it did not leave my skin feeling dry but rather kept it moisturized. I used to constantly struggle with flakiness and blemishes in the fall, but this time I didn't have those issues. It's been almost 10 years since I've had such a smooth and uneventful experience. After switching to Swany, my problematic skin has improved significantly. I used to have a very sensitive skin with constant flakiness, dryness, and redness on my cheeks, but those issues have been reduced to about a 1 on the scale.
Cons
It seems like you're no longer using the pump packaging, which is a bit inconvenient. I can't easily check how much is left, so I feel a bit anxious. I need to buy a new one in advance when it's about to run out, but it's frustrating to have to guess when that will be.
