  I focused on using it on specific areas with freckles and discoloration, rather than the overall whitening effect. In the beginning, I didn't see results for a few days, but after about 5 days, I could visibly see my skin improving!! I had some discoloration on my cheekbones, and while it's impossible to completely remove it without a procedure, this serum was able to lighten it significantly!! The biggest problem area was the discoloration around my mouth... My chin was extremely oily, so frequent oil removal and exfoliation was necessary, but the discoloration in that area seems to have almost completely regenerated!!! The chin area was so severe that it blended into my cheeks, but now there's no boundary and the skin tone is completely even!!! Even acne scars have faded!! Overall, I would apply it once and then add an extra layer on the discolored areas. I would also soak a cotton pad with the serum and leave it on like a mask! The amount of serum is small, so it was a bit precious, but this product has been incredibly effective, and I've been using it consistently for about 2 years. I think I've gone through around 5 bottles so far! The formula is a translucent white and is on the thinner side, but it's still hydrating and not drying at all! The results may vary for each individual, but I've been really pleased with it!

I only applied it around my under-eye area where I had dark spots and discoloration, and the difference between the areas with the cotton pad and the areas without was stark - I could see the whitening effect right away :)

  The tone has definitely improved a lot, and my dull skin has become brighter. It also looks very natural, great!

  When applying it to the face, it drips down, which is a shame. The price is also a bit disappointing.

  Pros

  The whitening product from Beyond seems to be the best. I especially recommend the essence!! There are other options, but this one is the best. I think I've used about 5 of them. It's not completely white, but the tone itself seems brighter. It's really good!!!
