  It's moisturizing.... The finish is fluffy and the lasting power is decent. When applied with the hands, it becomes powdery, but when applied with a puff or brush, it creates a luminous glow.

  Pros

  Previously, I used the Derma Formula CC Cream and the Etude House Full Cover, but this one is more moisturizing. It can also create a dewy look.
