I'd say it's almost useless for correcting makeup before application. The visible powdery effect makes it only suitable for use during the makeup process, but then the makeup ends up looking powdery and unnatural.
Using it for touch-ups feels like applying a layer of flour, so unless you're just looking to blot oil instead of using blotting papers, it's not a very efficient or convenient product.
