I bought this in a rush because I needed something to cover my pores, so I didn't expect much. Unlike other primers that have a more solid texture, which can be off-putting, the No Sebum Primer has a thinner consistency. This makes it easy to apply and great for primer beginners. Don't be fooled by its thin texture - it lives up to its 'No Sebum' name. Once it dries, you can feel it working hard to control excess oil. When I apply it on my cheeks to cover pores, I notice my makeup tends to separate later. Other than that, I like it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 3, 2018
It's not an exaggeration to say there's absolutely nothing good about it. If I had to say something positive, I guess the way it absorbs is decent... Isn't a primer supposed to cover pores and make makeup last longer? Well, this one fails miserably at both. It makes your foundation float and slide off like dirt. It's an impressive product - if you're looking for a peeling gel! I've never had my makeup pill before, but with this, it clumps up and when you try to blend, it rolls off in little balls like dead skin. And why wasn't I informed that this product has been discontinued? Are you just trying to clear out old stock? The reason for discontinuation is crystal clear now. It's absolutely terrible. Not using it is 200 times better than using it. The best tip I can give you is to not buy it at all! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 24, 2018
After applying this and then my cushion foundation, I noticed significantly better coverage and smoother-looking skin. My friends even complimented me on how well my makeup looked! There's not really anything bad, but if you don't control the amount well, your face can look ghostly pale. When I first used it, I almost turned into a 'egg ghost' because I applied too much. Always use a small amount! Even a little goes a long way in brightening and spreading evenly across the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 2, 2018
It evens out yellow and red complexions, providing a basic brightening effect. When applied with hands, it doesn't adhere well, so it's better to use with a cushion. However, when using a cushion, about half of the product gets absorbed by the puff. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 28, 2016
Even though I haven't been wearing makeup for a very long time, the spreadability of the product hasn't changed at all. I'm not sure if this is the proper use of a primer. Even after applying it, my makeup doesn't seem to be covered well, and I feel like it's sliding off. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2016
It helps create a smooth makeup look by filling in pores when applied. There didn't seem to be much to praise about it... When I used that primer, it just accentuated that area for me, and the lasting power didn't seem that great either... I've also tried The Face Shop's primer, and The Face Shop's product seems to suit me better - I gave it to someone else after using it for a week. You should apply it and wait for your skin to become smoother. If you apply a base product right on top, the effect will be diminished. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 13, 2016
I initially purchased a primer because I have large pores, and it did help cover them up a bit~ The pores weren't fully covered, and the longevity could have been better 😱 - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 9, 2015
It naturally becomes pale and moist, making it easy to use without any issues. It lacks lasting power and sometimes lifts, and the application is slightly subpar. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2015
The pore filling seems to be great! The primer seems to be performing its role effectively. I used to use the Laura Mercier primer, but I switched to this one. The adhesion doesn't seem as good, and my skin feels a bit dry and rough. However, it's been fine for my blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 28, 2015
The silky feel was nice and it covered the pores well. Applying it in small amounts is better than covering the whole face. It tends to spread a bit too much - it feels like it's being wiped off. The adhesion could be a bit better as well.
