Pros
First of all, I liked that the Dear Darling Tint had a good amount of product, so it could be used for a long time. It seems like a good tint to use in spring or summer. And the price was affordable, which I also liked.
Cons
It floated on my lips and I had to reapply it with my fingers to make it look neat. There were also some blemishes below my lips, so it was a bit difficult to use.

The color doesn't fade quickly and it's good that it applies thinly and the color becomes lighter. I'm using my second one and it's good.
Cons
Some people may experience peeling. The amount is a bit small...

Pros
The gel tint is less prone to staining on flaky skin or wounds, and most importantly, it's inexpensive. It's been the same for years now. The color is just a perfect bright red. Most tints, even if they're red or orange, end up staining pink, but this one doesn't do that. This was also something I used a lot back in middle school......haha
Cons
If you rub it too much, something starts coming out of your lips...and it wears down too quickly, I guess you could say it's easy to use up.

I think this is an affordable and decent student tint.
Cons
The color application becomes uneven and patchy. It's drying and doesn't have good longevity. The color is just pink anyway, so you can buy any shade.

Pros
This product seems to be good only for the first few weeks of use. Right after purchase, the scent was nice, it was moderately moisturizing, and the color payoff was pretty. It's natural-looking, so it's good for students to use.
Cons
But as you use it, the smell deteriorates terribly. It really stinks. You have to store it properly, it seems. And it gradually starts to feel oily and floating, which is unpleasant. The longevity is also terrible.

The color is pretty and it's easy to apply just roughly... roughly.
Cons
It's not like I have a lot of flaky skin on my lips or that I applied some lip balm, but it just doesn't absorb well haha.. And it doesn't apply evenly on my upper lip and it applies strangely, it only applies to the edges of my friend's inner lip and it's ruined hahaha.

I can see why this is a popular tint - it's pretty when applied and also affordable.
Cons
The downside is the longevity... the longevity is really poor. It's like the tint just evaporates and disappears as you're wearing it.
