I tried it because it's a Physiogel product, so I trusted it... The main advantage of the product is that it doesn't seem to cause any allergic reactions.
Cons
It's too watery and doesn't feel like it's cleansing properly.... I only use it occasionally in the morning when I just want to do a quick water rinse.

Pros
It's great because it's non-irritating and gentle. I have acne-prone skin, but I haven't had any breakouts. I'm on my second bottle now. I usually use a cleansing lotion, but this product seems to be the most suitable and best for me.
Cons
The cleansing feeling is a bit less effective... So I massage my face with this lotion and then wipe it off with a cleansing tissue before doing a double cleanse with a foaming cleanser.
Tip
It's cheaper to buy it overseas. I always purchase the large size in bulk when I go abroad.

Pros
My skin was turned inside out, so I quickly bought it from the pharmacy. It's gentle. There's no tightness at all after cleansing. I don't have any blemishes yet.
Cons

The product was really mild and I didn't have to worry about skin troubles. It wasn't oily at all, and I think it would be suitable for all skin types.

It's gentle and cleanses well. Since I have sensitive skin, other foam cleansers often cause strange bumps to appear, but this one doesn't do that, which is great! I recommend it.

No matter how much I cleanse, there's no refreshing feeling. It's just like applying oil to the face and rinsing it off with water. There's no fragrance, no irritation, and no refreshing sensation.

While it's called a cleanser, you'll need to cleanse your makeup separately. It seems to focus more on balancing the skin gently rather than just removing makeup. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel too tight, and it's gentle enough not to cause any trouble. For my highly sensitive skin, this is an indispensable product.

It doesn't foam up much and feels gentle. The color cosmetics don't come off easily. Even though it's sensitive and multi-functional, I don't get any breakouts at all ^^
