It has a nice cooling sensation. Since my skin is prone to breakouts, I've been applying tea tree oil lately, and when the tea tree oil feels a bit irritating, spraying this mist instantly soothes my skin and the irritation goes away. Plus, since it's slightly acidic, it seems to be good for skin immunity as well.
ConsIf it gets in your eyes, it stings a little. So after spraying, just gently wipe around your eyes.
TipSince it's not a fine mist, if you spray it into the air and then apply it to your face, it will coat your face just right. If you spray it directly on your face, it will drench your face.

When I sprayed it, I felt so refreshed and moisturized! It's small and portable, so it's easy to carry around outside and spray on top of my makeup. And after washing my face at night, just one spritz of this really calms my skin in the morning!
ConsOuch, it really stung when I accidentally sprayed it in my eyes... I'm not quite sure if I've noticed any skin improvements yet, but I'll have to use it a bit longer to see.

But when I spritz this hot spring water mist (the spray power is great), the finish becomes so soft and fluffy. It's just made of hot spring water, so it's not harmful to the skin at all. I'd recommend this to those with oily or dehydrated skin! The finish is so soft, which I love, but I'm not sure if it would be matte enough for those with dry skin.
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, even when I close my eyes and spray, some of it inevitably gets around my eyes, and while it's not painfully irritating, my eyes do sting a little. In my case, I keep my eyes closed until everything has settled and absorbed, before opening them.
TipI usually spray this mist after my nighttime skincare routine when my skin starts to feel a bit shiny. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple even before bed. In the mornings, after applying foundation, I used to top it with powder, but lately in the winter, I've been spraying this mist lightly all over instead of powder. It provides moisture while still giving a soft-focus finish, so I think I'll be relying on this mist more than powder this winter.

My pores are clogged, but other areas are too dry. Even though regular mists absorb well, my skin still feels dry, irritated, or overly oily, so I couldn't use them. I was hesitant between Uriage and Avene, but ended up trying Avene and really liked the watery feeling. However, I got tired of using it and tried Vichy, which is actually more moisturizing and absorbs better than Avene! Avene doesn't sting my eyes and feels like just spraying water, but I could really feel the soothing effects. But it was too drying for me. This one stings my eyes a bit and is a bit more astringent, but it leaves my skin so smooth and the spray is much better!
ConsIt stings my eyes... You can spray it without it getting in your eyes, but if it does get in your eyes or mouth, it's a bit unpleasant... But it's still gentler and better than regular cosmetic mists.
TipI haven't tried Vichy, but Avene is really great for soothing irritated arms or legs in the summer.
