This is a life-changing toner! I've been using this product exclusively for almost 2 years now. As someone with extremely sensitive skin, I've never had any issues with this product - it's so gentle, and it seems to have a calming effect on my skin when I'm dealing with allergic reactions. It doesn't really have any major standout advantages, which I suppose could be considered a downside. Whenever my skin feels sensitive or I have an allergic reaction, I'll soak a cotton pad with this toner and gently apply it to my skin, and it really helps to soothe it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 7, 2016
Since it's a product for sensitive skin and alcohol-free, it definitely has a gentle feel. It seems to suit my combination skin well. The high moisture content means it alleviates the tightness, and the generous amount makes it one of my favorite products. I'd recommend this to those with dry skin types. There were no issues like breakouts or anything, likely due to its gentle nature. However, it may feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin types. Just something to keep in mind. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 5, 2016
The cleansing was great, and my skin felt refreshed and smooth after using it. It's not irritating at all, and the scent is pleasant. The size is just right, and the price is reasonable, so I've repurchased it and have been using it well. Since I don't have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 22, 2015
This product seems to have no particular flaws. It's a clear toner that rinses off cleanly like pure water. While it has no rough edges, finding such cosmetics can be the most difficult for those with sensitive skin. I've been using it continuously since trying a sample four years ago. If I collected all the empty bottles, it would probably amount to about ten. Personally, I think the blue line is better than the pink. The blue line is for combination skin and seemed more moisturizing than the dry skin one. Even after trying other products, I always come back to this toner... I really hope it doesn't get discontinued. It's a life toner with no irritation whatsoever. I've tried many alcohol-free toners, but this one is the best. The ingredients do raise a bit of suspicion, but it's truly gentle. It's just the price? 😢 Since it's a water-based toner, it gets used up quickly... Looks like I'm spending all my CJ points on this toner haha.... I'd recommend those sensitive to alcohol to give this a try... And those with thin skin and acne as well 😢 - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2015
I use European pharmacy cosmetics for most of my cosmetics~ This toner is something I always use as a basic, and it is moisturizing and low-irritation. I love it so much~^^ There's nothing disappointing, but I'm a bit sad that I used it up too quickly ㅠ - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2015
Basic products always caused trouble whenever I changed them, but this product can be used gently without any issues. There's none~ It just feels like it's used up quickly since I'm using cotton pads. When exposed to cold winds or fine dust and yellow dust, I soak a cotton pad with it and leave it on for 10 minutes! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 6, 2015
It's gentle and doesn't cause any trouble. It's good to use as a skin type that gently wipes away sensitivity. It may be like that in France, but the price is expensive for purchasing in our country. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2015
It's so gentle and soothing, and I really like the calming feeling, so I keep buying it. Since it's a water toner, I tend to use it up quickly, so I think I buy it about once a month...ㅠㅠ If you apply it with a cotton pad and then gently pat it on your skin, it makes your skin feel even more moisturized. @.@ - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 22, 2015
The fragrance was not irritating as it was odorless. The other good aspects were not particularly noteworthy. My husband, who has even drier and more sensitive skin than me, and I used this together, but both of us ended up with troublesome breakouts. My husband's breakouts started around 1 week after use, and mine came up around 2 weeks later. Looking at the ingredient list, there was citric acid, which is recommended to be avoided for sensitive skin. That's probably why it happened. Also, we chose this product emphasizing its moisturizing properties, but we both experienced quite severe tightness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2015
It felt refreshing and gentle, which I liked:) The fragrance was not artificial either~ Hmm, maybe because it's a toner, when I apply it, it feels moisturizing at first but then gets absorbed quickly and becomes dry again ㅜ
