The one redeeming quality of this eyeliner is its affordable price. It drags uncomfortably on the eyelids when applying and tends to clump. It comes off easily and smudges a lot. I can't understand why it's called waterproof - it's completely misleading. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 27, 2015
It doesn't really spread well, but there aren't any other advantages to it. The spreadability is really bad, it really hurts, it's so stiff... And the color payoff is truly bad too... The color doesn't show up... Not recommended. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 14, 2015
Haha...the good point is that it's waterproof!!...That's it. The spreadability was a bit lacking. I personally don't recommend it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2015
There is almost no smudging. It's also a good waterproof. The price is affordable and it seems like it will last a long time, not just a cheap pencil. If you're looking to buy a non-shimmery eyeliner that doesn't smudge right away, check out Etude vs Clio instead of just looking online. Even though it's black, it comes out too light. The color density is low, so when you draw it on your eyes, the eye color shows through... It looks kind of gray, and that's the most disappointing part. The application is a bit thick and sticky. You have to go over it 2-3 times to get a defined line... This can be irritating. It has a natural, barely-there look, but I'd recommend it to students looking for a black eyeliner.
