I appreciated being able to tell when it was time to rinse it off with water.
ConsIt stung terribly, made my skin redder, and caused peeling. The tingling sensation started immediately after application. After washing it off, my skin became really red and irritated. It actually made my blemishes worse.

ConsI had the impression that it might be causing more blemishes to appear, and the scent isn't particularly pleasant.

I felt thrilled for the first three days.
ConsUnless you have extremely oily skin, it may cause redness, small bumps, and blemishes on your face.
TipNothing in particular to add.

I've been deeply scarred both mentally and physically due to Nu Skin products. I see many people showing the same symptoms as me, which reaffirms my belief that these are indeed side effects. Be careful! Even in situations like this, the company consistently turns a blind eye. After looking into Nu Skin products, I found numerous cases of adverse reactions, yet sellers illegally market them, acting as if they're doctors and calling it a "healing crisis." The side effects are extremely severe. If you're affected, there's no compensation whatsoever. You'll be the only one to suffer losses, so it's best not to buy in the first place. Both the company and sellers maintain a "not my problem" attitude. The company's customer service is incredibly rude over the phone.
ConsThe seller initially used unethical tactics to force sales, and when they realized I couldn't prove causation, they just told me to deal with it myself. Ha! The company merely gave these sellers a warning. I guess they can't fire all of them since so many are pushing sales with this "healing crisis" nonsense. Nu Skin seems doomed to fail. The company pretends not to know about these individual sellers' tactics. When complaints come in, they just offer refunds and repeatedly refuse compensation. For persistent complainers like me, they try to settle with a measly 200,000 won "maximum compensation." I raised hell over that amount and managed to get money from their insurance company. It's infuriating. The company maintains there's nothing wrong with their products and that they can't compensate without proof of causation. However, they admitted responsibility for the seller preventing me from seeking medical help and pressuring me to continue using the product despite adverse reactions. That's why they processed it through insurance. Of course, there's "nothing wrong" with their products, right? The food and drug administration approved it for sale. The irony is that 9 out of 10 people experience these symptoms when using it! My personal theory is that since Nu Skin is an American product, it might contain ingredients that don't suit Korean skin well. But that's just my speculation. At this point, I'm genuinely curious about it. Now that the painful period has passed, I'm really wondering about it. Thank you for reading this long post.

It will completely wreck your skin.
ConsAfter using this product, I had a massive breakout of blemishes. Some people said it was just 'purging' and would get better in 3 months, but after 7 months of use, my acne only got worse. I ended up getting a refund.
TipAvoid using this if you don't want to end up at the dermatologist's office.

It's like I can feel it cleansing deep into my pores!
ConsWhile my skin feels softer right after washing, the next day I notice a lot of blemishes, but only on my chin! Sometimes my skin improves, other times I get severe chin breakouts. That's why I've only used this product a few times before stopping. It seems that when Nu Skin products don't suit you, they really don't suit you at all.

The bottom line is: Don't buy anything related to Nu Skin. This is what I heard at the dermatologist's office today.
ConsLet me cut to the chase: Don't use it. For reference, I'm writing about my experience with the Clear Action set. 1. On the first day, my skin felt itchy and burning hot, as if scalded. 2. These symptoms persisted, and my face became swollen. 3. By the third day, pus-filled blisters appeared all over my face. The photo shows my forehead, but my cheeks, nose, and chin looked exactly the same. I used the Clear Action set last year when my skin was bad. It cleared up my acne, so I used it again this year. After this reaction, I went to the ER due to severe pain and itching. They prescribed ointment, and I visited a dermatologist the next day. The doctor said it was really severe. They extracted the pus, applied soothing and hydrating masks, and gave me ointments, oral medication, and injections. It cost me a fortune. Why was it fine last year? The dermatologist explained that the reaction was just delayed - it would have happened if I'd continued using it. I told them I stopped after one bottle because it was expensive. This time, the reaction came on immediately. ***Listen up I've seen reviews where people familiar with Nu Skin call this a 'purging phase' and say it gets better if you wait it out. I fell for that too. If the 'purging' is this severe, it simply means the product doesn't suit your skin. If you experience immediate itching, stinging, swelling, and redness, stop using it. If it's just slightly red, you might continue, but otherwise, start the refund process immediately. I'm currently in the process of getting a refund. Also, a true purging phase should last 3-7 days at most. If it doesn't improve, it's not purging - it's dermatitis. The dermatologist told me Nu Skin products are problematic. I'm lucky I stopped after using it twice; it would have been worse if I'd continued. In conclusion: Don't endure it thinking it's a purging phase, especially if you're having an allergic reaction. If there's a problem, stop using it. And use products other than Nu Skin. It's a multi-level marketing company to begin with. If they were legitimate, they'd sell in department stores. I've been using Nu Skin for 5 years and had suspicions, but now I see it all comes crashing down at once.

All the reviews here seem to be from Nu Skin distributors. I'm leaving this review because I'm frustrated with that.
ConsIn 2009, before my wedding, I was using Nu Skin 180°. When I developed some small bumps, the distributor suggested I try Clear Action, saying it was good for those. After using it, purple acne appeared all over my face. I had to throw away all my photos from that time, heavily photoshop my wedding pictures, and during our honeymoon, even the tour guide asked if I was ill. I should have stopped then. Back then, no one warned us about harmful ingredients, so I naively continued using it. After 10 years of Nu Skin, I'm finally quitting. My pores are stretched out and I'm left with tons of acne scars. To any distributors who might say I used the products incorrectly - I'm a Blue Diamond distributor myself. I've tried everything from TruFace to 180°, Clear Action, LifePak, Estera, MarineOmega, and even attended their training sessions. I still have the LumiSpa and ageLOC Galvanic Spa. This review is based on my decade-long experience.
TipThere are no tips or tricks. It only takes a moment to ruin your skin.

ConsThe Nu Skin door-to-door salespeople introduced this product and explained how to use it, saying it would help with my severe blemishes from middle school. They told me to apply it to my face and wash it off after 10 minutes. After about 3 months of doing this, not only did I have a massive acne breakout, but my skin barrier was completely destroyed. My face would turn as red as those people who become tomato-faced after drinking, except it wasn't just red - it was dark gochujang color. When I went to the doctor, they said my skin barrier had completely collapsed. Damn. I've been consistently taking care of my skin since my senior year of high school, and now it's okay unless I'm in direct sunlight or it's extremely cold.
TipDon't believe everything the door-to-door salespeople say. The ingredients in this are absolute garbage.
