  Pros

  The coverage was great and the staying power was decent. It didn't settle into pores much or emphasize dead skin cells. Plus, it didn't cause any blemishes.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it's been discontinued so I can't purchase it anymore. Also, I realized the ingredients weren't as good as I thought.

  Pros

  It absorbs well, adheres nicely, and has great staying power. The coverage is excellent, and it's gentle on the skin. I'm prone to acne, but even after wearing this and sleeping for a few hours, my skin was perfectly fine.

  Cons

  After some time, it does darken a bit and can take on a slightly ashy tone.

  The coverage is quite good and it doesn't dry out my skin, which I absolutely love! What's particularly impressive is how well it adheres to the skin. Even with my large pores, it makes my skin texture look smooth. It's definitely a product I keep stocked up on.

  Cons

  Those with yellow undertones might find that the shade doesn't quite match their complexion.

  Pros

  I generally prefer using BB creams. Foundation tends to dry out my skin and quickly affects my skin texture. This one provides just the right amount of coverage, and for a BB cream, it wears beautifully without breaking down. It's not drying at all!

  Cons

  The only downside is that I wish the shade was a bit lighter. It feels a bit dark for my complexion.

  Pros

  Given my skin has no blemishes or redness, I was satisfied with the coverage for my complexion. It applies smoothly and adheres well to the skin. The semi-matte finish meant my hair barely stuck to my face.

  Cons

  The color seemed to come out darker than my natural skin tone. It wasn't hydrating enough, settling into wrinkles and causing the dry areas around my mouth and chin to become parched and flaky. It didn't suit my combination dehydrated skin. The longevity was the biggest disappointment. By the time I got to work, oil had already appeared on my T-zone, and by lunchtime, it had completely broken down... it looked like it had slid down my face.

  Tip

  A solid skincare routine should help compensate for the lack of hydration. This would likely look healthy and give a nice vibe to those with shade 23 or darker complexions.

  Pros

  I frequently change BB creams and prioritize coverage and radiance. This one is truly among my top 3 favorites, and I keep repurchasing it. The coverage is excellent, and it gives a lively appearance! The application is smooth too.

  Cons

  There's hardly anything negative, but if I had to pick something, it would be that it tends to pill slightly by the end of the workday due to its rich texture.

  Pros

  I prefer products with good coverage since I have a lot of blemishes. Cushions generally don't provide satisfactory coverage. I've been using Dr. Jart+ Silver Label for a while, but it was a bit dark for me. On a friend's recommendation, I switched to Dr.G Super-Light Brightening Balm. I'm pleased with both its coverage and color match.

  Cons

  While I sometimes miss the convenience of a compact powder, I just can't compromise on coverage. Tapping with a puff every time can be a bit of a hassle.

  Tip

  I accidentally bought the Brightening Balm without realizing it, and was shocked by how dark it was. If you want a lighter shade, make sure to get the Super-Light version. The packaging is so similar, it's easy to get them mixed up.

  Pros

  It doesn't break down easily, which is great. Although it's a bit heavy, when applied thinly, it definitely provides excellent coverage.

  Cons

  There's some tightness, and touch-ups are necessary with any makeup anyway.

  Tip

  I found that adding a drop of oil and applying it together prevents that tight feeling on dry days.
