Comparing it to the black sugar I had tried before, it's definitely milder. Black sugar is great, but it can be a bit harsh, so you have to be careful. This one doesn't require that kind of caution. Being so gentle, it gave me (a sensitive person) a sense of reassurance(?). After washing, my face felt smooth and silky, and I could feel that it had provided some exfoliation. ConsI would recommend this more for those with very sensitive skin or those who don't need intense exfoliation. While black sugar can be a bit harsh and requires caution, it does leave the face feeling smoother and provides more effective exfoliation.
