While the acne did not visibly improve much, it is mild and has good cleansing power. Given the good cleansing power, it was a bit drying for my dry skin. I saw reviews saying to buy the one with a pump, so I bought the one with a pump attached, which was a good thing since it wasn't there. It's too heavy and difficult to lift. The pump is essential. Rather than for the purpose of removing acne, I would recommend this to those looking for a mild and cleansing wash for troubled skin.
