It's so refreshing and great to use in the summer!! As someone who tends to run hot, I'd be a bit worried about getting through the summer without this. It seems to help cool me down a bit, and I've noticed fewer skin issues on my back as well. And when I use it, it has a slightly tingling sensation, which I like! If you have back acne, please try this. I've used mild body washes and applied medications, but they only provided slight improvement. My back acne would still flare up around my period or when I was stressed. This product has been a game-changer.
