Pros
Although the review was good, the trouble hasn't been completely resolved, but it seems to have a soothing effect! There's also a lot of it, so you can scoop a lot out of the cotton pad and use it.

Pros
This is a heavily oily (+acne-prone) skin type with dehydration. The formula is clean and watery, and while there was a slight alcohol scent, I found it to be fine. I did the 7-skin method and found the hydration to be sufficient. I also did not experience any breakouts.
Cons
A single application leaves my face feeling a bit taut. I also soaked a cotton pad and left it on my cheeks for about 10 minutes, but my skin became a bit reddened and irritated. I'm on my second bottle now, and lately my skin has been more sensitive, so it stings a little. I'm considering looking into other toners, and if I can't find a suitable one, I may just go back to using this one again.
Tip
Since my skin is sensitive, when I do the 7-skin method, I have to be very gentle, and even then the cotton pad starts to feel uncomfortable after the second application. So I soak the cotton pad thoroughly the first time, gently wipe over my skin, and then use my hands to gently pat in the remaining 6 applications.

Pros
This product is incredibly gentle. I first started using it 5-6 years ago, beginning with a cleansing sponge and rose. Personally, I prefer the unscented, alcohol-free original over the ones with fragrance or alcohol. The cleansing sponge is also great.
Cons
The moisturizing aspect is a bit weak. When applied with a cotton pad, it dries out quickly and ends up feeling damp on the palms of my hands, so I have to pat it thoroughly into my face. The absorption is a bit slower, but there's no oily or heavy residue left behind, so I just need to spend some time patting it in.
Tip
I also purchased a 30ml mist bottle to carry around with me. It's great for touch-ups and when my skin feels dry. I'll use cotton pads or wipes to remove any excess oil from my face, then spritz this on and let it absorb. It doesn't work as well if I spray it over makeup, as it tends to just sit on top then.

Pros
First of all, the animal capacity was great. Although it doesn't provide moisture, I liked the feeling of being cleansed one more time while wiping it off with a toner after washing my face.
