After washing up at night, I'd wipe my face with toner on a cotton pad, then apply this before bed. It makes your face feel sticky, so you have to sleep facing the ceiling. When you wake up, your face feels moisturized and all that. However, I think applying Nature Republic's Soothing Aloe Gel before bed might be better.
