I've been using this for about 4-5 years now. I love that it feels gentle, so I can use it without any worries. It doesn't cause any blemishes, making it suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin. While it doesn't cause blemishes and feels gentle, how should I put it... It seems to lack hydration, and since it's not a spray type, you have to spray it on your hands to use it, which is a bit inconvenient. When using, spray it on your hands no more than twice and spread it on your face. If you spray more than that, it tends to drip onto the floor. - cm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 5, 2025
Gentle and refreshing. Almost fragrance-free. Absorbs well. Doesn't cause makeup to pill. I wish there was more product. Not sure about its effectiveness on pores. Using it alone can be a bit drying. - yu*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedApr 17, 2024
I purchased this product expecting it to help with dead skin cell removal. I tried it because I heard the BHA ingredient aids in exfoliation. Despite being an exfoliator, it didn't cause any particular tingling sensation. Both the scent and texture were quite agreeable. The pump dispenser made it convenient to apply the product onto a cotton pad. I didn't notice any significant exfoliating effects. It seems like consistent use over time might be necessary to see results. - sy****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedDec 6, 2023
This product completely solved my summer blemishes. My skin balance was off and I was hesitant to use BHA on my sensitive skin, but using this product daily with its gentle BHA-like ingredient (probably salicylic acid in white birch bark extract) helped clear up my blemishes, which was great. Like many Sidmool products, the pump sometimes sprays a bit, but there's nothing lacking in the actual function of the liquid itself. It may vary for everyone, but I found it fine to apply several layers morning and evening, and actually got better results that way (with plenty of added hydration). Though shipping is a hassle, I'm currently using COSRX Original Pads (with betaine salicylate) as a substitute, but next time I'd like to buy and use the Pore Toner. - ha*****Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 8, 2023
As a BHA product, it's definitely great for exfoliating dead skin cells. The tiny bumps on my forehead completely disappeared after using this! It's 150ml, but I used it up faster than expected. I wish they had a larger size available. I found it works better when I apply it with my hands instead of using cotton pads, allowing it to absorb better. - eu*****Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 6, 2023
This toner is truly excellent for oily skin types during summer. It's like it sweeps away all the excess oil, leaving your skin feeling fresh. I don't think this would work well for any skin type other than oily. It's probably not suitable for combination dehydrated skin either. After showering, I love soaking a cotton pad with this toner and wiping it over my chest and back. It feels so refreshing and pleasant! - tj******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 21, 2023
This is my absolute favorite toner! I have skin prone to tiny blemishes, but thanks to the high content of white birch bark extract and its gentle exfoliation, those pesky bumps have disappeared! I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through. I've tried BHA and toner pads before, which sometimes showed quick results but were too harsh on my skin. Since switching to this toner, I've been gently exfoliating daily. It works especially well for me, perhaps due to my facial hair. It doesn't provide any hydration at all. So, here's my secret tip: I mix it with EGF ampoule and ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid before applying. This completely transforms the toner into exactly what I need. It's a perfect combination of gentle exfoliation, soothing effects, and deep hydration from the hyaluronic acid. Instead of buying, discarding, or reselling other toners, I highly recommend trying this method. Use that money to create your perfect toner! - da*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 16, 2023
Chemical exfoliation can be great if it suits your skin. Try using an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad about twice a week after cleansing to effectively remove dead skin cells. If you use too much or too frequently, it can damage your skin barrier, resulting in a bunch of tiny bumps and painful red blemishes. I got tired of constantly testing and adjusting my routine, so I've given up on using it for now. For those with super sensitive skin, start with small amounts and gradually increase the quantity or frequency as you test it out. This way, you can find what works best for your skin's condition. - la*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2023
I'm on my third bottle of this, recommended by my dermatologist. Having super sensitive skin, I was advised to avoid peeling gels and use toner instead. I apply this toner with my hands in the evening and use a different one during the day. Since cotton pads are also not recommended, I do a toner mask about once every two weeks, which feels amazing! There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the packaging isn't particularly attractive. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2023
Great for use as a toner. I've been using it for years and love how it leaves my skin feeling fresh and refreshed. There's nothing bad to say. I've gone through dozens of bottles and plan to keep using it. It's just that good!
