Pros
This is truly, truly, truly gentle. I have very sensitive, troubled skin, but since I started using this, I haven't had any breakouts. I don't even know how many bottles I've used. Sometimes I want to try other products, but when they don't work for me and my skin acts up, I come back to this and my troubles calm down again! It's like a second home for my skin, haha.
Cons
There's nothing really disappointing, but if I had to say something, it's that you need to rub it in a bit more for it to be fully absorbed. But the benefits far outweigh this, so it's not even an issue, haha.
Tip
As someone who gets breakouts if I'm not careful, using this along with the Sidmool AC-care Skin has really prevented any troubles for me. I also use the Sidmool Aloe Gel to give my skin some extra hydration! (Yes, I'm a huge Sidmool fan, to the point of being a family-level Sidmool enthusiast...but I just love the brand so much that I want to spread the word, so I'm leaving this review).

Pros
I have combination skin prone to dryness and acne. On top of that, I also have a bit of atopic dermatitis, so I struggle with pimples and eczema during seasonal changes. When that happens, I would apply this cream and it worked great - it's gentle and even helped clear up the pimples caused by other cosmetics.:)
Cons
This cream alone doesn't seem to be enough for hydration. It's fine in the summer, but during transitional seasons or winter when it's extremely dry, it doesn't seem to provide adequate moisture replenishment.
Tip
The cream alone was a bit drying, so after using this cream for moisture, I would apply some Sidmool Jojoba Oil to lock in the hydration.:) Doing this prevented any tightness, and I didn't even need an additional moisturizer!

It's not as oily as I expected. I have combination skin with an oily forehead and dry cheeks, so I only apply it to the areas other than my forehead. I squeeze out a pea-sized amount for each cheek, and it's just right. After switching to this, my milia have decreased a bit. The moisturizer I used before was quite lightweight, and I think the milia were caused by a lack of oil. It's not too heavy or too light, and if your skin is not dry, it might be a good idea to switch to another product or use less during warmer or hotter seasons.

Hmm, the scent when I first used it was...like curry? Haha, it was a bit strange at first, but it's fine as I've used it more. Compared to propolis gels, it has a nicer fragrance. Haha.

Pros
I'm a mom of a 6-year-old with atopic dermatitis. They say using a cream with ceramides helps strengthen the skin barrier, so I've been using a 3-gallon one and it's gotten dramatically better, though not dramatically. But at least it hasn't gotten worse. The improvement and worsening keep alternating, but when I apply it directly to my own face, the moisturizing effect lasts a long time, which I like.

The price is a bit disappointing. Since I'm applying it all over my child, a 5-day supply is used up. Of course, I'm also using other products like atopic lotion and emu oil in addition to this one, but it's still the case. And towards the end, when I'm squeezing out the last bit, the printed yellow letters start to peel off and come off, getting on my hands. Since it naturally gets on my child's skin too, it makes me feel uneasy. I really hope they can improve this.

I really liked how my acne seemed to clear up and my skin felt more supple while using it! I stopped using it for a little while to try other products to get rid of my acne scars, but my acne came back in full force and my skin felt saggy, so I immediately came back to this product. 😭
Cons
Based on other reviews, some people found it a bit drying, but since I have oily skin, it was just right for me. If I had to find a downside, I guess the scent isn't the best...

In the spring, mysterious millet acne suddenly covered my cheeks, and the condition worsened day by day. I was looking for a gentle cream for my sensitive skin. I can't say this cream is effective for acne, but it does help soothe the acne. The redness of the acne has subsided. And when you apply this cream, you can really feel how gentle it is. It has a faint herbal scent, and since I personally like the smell of traditional medicine, I didn't have any aversion to it.

To be honest, it's quite drying. I knew it wasn't a moisturizing cream when I bought it, but it's still too drying. For me, it lacks moisture, hydration, and oil. (It's just a really gentle product..??) I've also tried the Dr. Jart Ceramidin cream, and while the ingredients in the Sidmool product are better, the moisturizing, hydrating, and oily feel, as well as the application, are much better in the Dr. Jart product. (The Sidmool product is a bit sticky due to the lack of silicones.) However, when I consider the price and the ingredients, I still prefer the Sidmool Eco Cream. After all, choosing a product that is less irritating to the skin is the most important thing!
Tip
If you mix it with a moisturizing cream or oil, the application becomes even better, and the rich texture makes it feel like a true nourishing cream. I apply the Sidmool Whitening Moisturizing Cream mixed with a couple of drops of cold-pressed jojoba oil.

At first, the smell and application were not great when I first used it, but as I continued using it, I got used to the smell and found that it works better if I dab it on and absorb it rather than spreading it out widely. I have sensitive skin that gets irritated even if I touch my face with dirty hands, and when I apply it and go to sleep during active care periods, the inflammation is reduced by about 50% the next day. It helps not only with skin irritation, but also with the overall skin condition when I apply it in the evening before bed. However, it feels a bit heavy to use during the day, so I only apply it in the evenings before bed. Using it only in the evenings means I've been using it for a long time. (Haha)

My skin suddenly became completely irritated. No matter how much good moisturizer I applied, it would quickly become dry, rough, and my cheeks would become extremely red and bumpy.
