Pros I'm not a big fan of the skincare products (including sunscreens) from the L'Oreal Group, but I had to use the products I received. I didn't even bother to check the ingredients.
The usage experience is quite good, and it's a toner with fairly high moisturizing power. The reason it's called a toner even though it's a lotion is that in Japan, lotion refers to a toner-like (more viscous than water-like) formula. So they either just brought it over as is or decided to call it a lotion from the start.
You can use it by applying it to a cotton pad and then to your skin, or you can just dispense it into your hands and let it absorb.
The softening (i.e., smoothing out the skin texture) is decent, but it's questionable whether continuous use would be safe for sensitive skin.
Cons The ingredients, price, and usage experience are all quite poor in terms of cost-performance.
I used the 200ml bottle, but I didn't notice any particular whitening effects.
