Pros
When my acne was really bad, especially when it was inflamed and purulent, I used the entire Pure Fact line - the skin lotion and cleansing foam - and my skin improved more than when I went to a dermatologist. However, it seems to have become quite dry as well. I highly recommend this to those with oily, acne-prone skin.
Cons
The alcohol scent...? Other than that, I think it can feel a bit drying if used for a long time, especially in the winter.

The oil content has definitely decreased, and the soft, fluffy feeling is great.
Cons
Depending on the moisturizer, there was a slight heaviness. If you can't control the amount, even oily skin can become dry, so you have to apply a lot of moisturizer.

It was certainly effective for my skin troubles! My acne didn't flare up as much, and it felt like it helped control my sebum production.
Cons
Well, I have a combination skin type - oily on the surface but also dehydrated underneath. Using this lotion, I felt quite drying. Even when I first applied it, there was a tight, taut feeling that soon turned into dryness. And the price is just too high for the amount you get. I didn't even use up a whole bottle over two months. I have no plans to repurchase this.

The product has good spreadability and absorption. The volume is small but the price is high.
Cons
Using this alone makes my skin extremely dry. You must apply a moisturizer on top of it.
