After using this cream, I can't really think of any downsides!

It's moisturizing and non-sticky, leaving a clean feel! Even though I have atopic dermatitis, it doesn't sting too much when applied to peeling skin. Of course, there's some tingling since the skin is raw, but that's to be expected...
