I've used several bottles of this shampoo.. The reason is that using this shampoo made my hair look great.. The seller said that it would increase hair volume and make my hair grow faster, so I bought it. But even after I stopped using it and switched to a different shampoo, my hair quality should have stayed good, but it went back to how it was before.
Cons
Natural shampoos don't make your hair stiff, but rather the opposite - the more you use them, the softer your hair becomes. This doesn't seem to be a natural shampoo. After you stop using this shampoo, your hair will go back to being like straw. It only works well while you're using it (like Botox - the effects only last while you're using it).

The scent is so lovely that I used it, and it definitely gives a lot of volume when dried. After using this, it seems like my hair falls out more when I use other products, so I keep repurchasing and using it. I have a dry scalp, but I use a greasy one once a week.
Cons
It requires a little more product than other shampoos, and the price is a bit disappointing.

Pros
My hair is thin and no matter what shampoo I use, it always falls flat. But after using this shampoo, my hair is definitely more voluminous and lively. It also has a nice shine without looking greasy, and it feels bouncy and healthy. I like it so much that I've already bought more to stock up, even though I haven't finished the first bottle yet.

The chemical ingredients are better than others, so I've been using it. I'm using it because it's said to be a natural surfactant. It lathers well and has a nice scent. My hair was thin and sparse, but my hair is growing now~ I'm really continuing to use it after seeing my hair growing.

For the first 2 weeks of use, my scalp was itchy and flaky. I was able to endure it~ The fact that it's sulfate-free is good, but regular products don't leave a stiff feeling after washing, but this one was very stiff at first, which surprised me. As I continued using it, that stiffness lessened.

The scalp troubles have decreased and it feels gentle. The product is good. Especially since my hair is fine and tends to fall flat, this product definitely helps with volume. I've stocked up on this shampoo and won't use anything else. I've hoarded it away from those multi-level marketing people trying to dump it.
