I've been using it for quite a while, but I'm still not sure about the downsides.

I'm an intellectual, and this seems to be the best cleanser I've tried for my skin. It's not super gentle, but I feel like my acne has calmed down a bit after using it. Haha.

I bought it at the duty-free shop for a good price.

I don't usually have any breakouts or issues.
To get a good lather, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before using~~^^

I have combination skin with an oily T-zone. 
In the morning after waking up, I always cleanse with Kiehl's Blue Herbal. 
I personally enjoy its distinctive menthol-like fragrance.

As someone with a very sensitive and delicate complexion, I personally enjoy a cool fragrance, so I purchased this product during a breakout period. At first, it was fine, but after 3-4 days of use, my entire face became a disaster. My skin was peeling off, and it was a complete mess, so I immediately requested a refund. I really don't recommend this for those with sensitive skin.

The scent was incredibly stimulating yet refreshing, with a smooth and creamy finish.

However, there is a bit of a drying sensation to it. Those with oily skin may want to avoid it.

The acne seems to have subsided quite a bit and there's a sense of it not coming back. It has a refreshing feel to it.

While my skin does feel cool after cleansing, I'm not sure if it's really cleaning my face thoroughly. That's why I end up double cleansing, which uses up the product faster... and it's already quite expensive.
As a combination/oily skin type, I find that my skin feels a bit dry after using this. I don't think this would be suitable for dry skin types.
Sometimes my skin gets a bit irritated when I'm feeling stressed, and I feel like this product stings a little. I wouldn't recommend this for sensitive skin types either.

My skin feels so refreshed and cool after cleansing. I feel like my pores are a bit less visible too. Unlike other products, I don't get any breakouts when using this one.
