Personally, I was worried about feeling heat on my skin, but contrary to the guidance that says 'Feel the warming sensation as the Powerful Vitamin C Essence is absorbed into your skin!', I applied quite a lot but didn't really feel any warming sensation. The best thing about it is that it brightens my skin immediately. While it's not the cheapest, the brightening effect is better than more expensive essences! And the applicator just needs a twist to the side, so it's not messy and very convenient~
