Typically, moisturizing products have an inverse relationship between coverage and hydration... but when I used this, skin tone correction was more of a priority than coverage, so I used it well.
ConsThe disappointing part was the lack of longevity... like all base products, it looked great when first applied, but it settled into my pores and broke down. If you upload a photo in this state, you'll see the absolute worst-case scenario.

ConsThe formula did feel a bit thick at times, and the wear wasn't the most flattering when it started to break down.

I'm very satisfied with the coverage, adherence, and it has a semi-matte finish. It doesn't get cakey even in the winter.
ConsIn the summer, it tends to break down a bit due to oil, and the color leans a bit yellow.

I've changed it 3 times, but it all comes back within a week. It just fits me so well that I can't change it. I've never seen a proper yellow foundation at the drugstore, but this one has such a nice yellow tone that I love it. The skin expression is so my style and it never breaks down. The adhesion is very excellent. Every time I put it on and go out, I've been told that my skin looks like mochi. The color is also a perfect match, so it looks really good. Even though it's a drugstore product, it doesn't come out ashy and the adhesion is top-notch, but it dries quickly so you have to pat it in fast. I usually hate the stuffy feeling, so I wipe it off with a skin and apply lotion, but surprisingly, it's never caked up on me... it's just unbelievable. I do see some people getting breakouts, but I honestly didn't feel like it was that gentle. I get a pimple or two a month, but small red spots pop up. Whenever that happens, I just wear a gentle BB cream or sun base for 2-3 days and they disappear quickly. And I've had it get cakey once after pumping it. Really, using just a tiny amount is essential. It spreads so smoothly and evenly that a bean-sized amount can cover half my face, so it's really, really good. When I see people who don't like it, I just want to use it for them because the product is so amazing... I have combination skin that's a bit sensitive, but there's no darkening on my skin, and I usually put it on at 8am and it's still there at 10pm, which amazes me and my friends too. After 5-7 hours, my nose gets a bit oily, but that just makes my skin look even better, so it's my holy grail foundation!!! I've said it so much that my mouth hurts.
ConsThe powder scent? I liked it at first, but the more I use it, the more I get tired of it. I just wish it was fragrance-free, because if they just changed the scent, I'd use this forever.ㅠㅠ And I don't recommend using powder in the summer. When I sweat, it gets stuffy, and when I use powder, it just breaks down so horribly. It's better to just use a cushion for touch-ups. If you start with a matte foundation and then add powder on top, it's obviously going to break down messily, and you can't even touch it up unless you remove it completely.ㅜㅜㅜㅜ When the matte foundation, powder, and excess oil mix together, the breakdown is just gross - everyone knows that. At first it's like, "Ooh, so smooth and powdery!" but later, it's like a double-wear kind of feeling. Not using powder at all can really maximize the benefits of the product. The oil that comes up in the fall and winter is just right, making my skin look really nice, but in the increasingly hot summers, I just mix it with more dewy products. Not wearing foundation at all is probably the best for summer. People who aren't used to yellow-toned foundations might be shocked by it. And if you absolutely hate yellow tones, this is definitely not for you. Personally, I think yellow-toned skin looks the most natural and pretty with a yellow foundation, so I've been using this really well.
TipThe puff is good, but just using clean fingers to pat it on works even better. If you're worried about hygiene, a silicone puff is also good. (Even half the usual amount is enough) This is a foundation that you absolutely cannot apply like lotion. The key is to quickly and gently tap it on. If that doesn't work for you, I'd recommend a more fluid, powdery finish foundation. This one has a thick, pigmented, and non-flowing texture. With a sponge like a wedge puff, it gets so adhered to the puff because of the powdery nature... After that, I was surprised and just applied it with my hands, and got nothing but praise from those around me... But it seems they've reformulated it, so it's a bit different nowㅜㅜ

Even though I have sensitive skin, it didn't feel irritating or uncomfortable. It's suitable to wear in the summer. I also think the price is reasonable.
ConsSince I have dry skin, it feels quite drying. The way it breaks down doesn't look very nice. The worst part is the characteristic dullness of Missha, even considering the yellow undertone..
TipBecause it's drying, it's important to have a solid skincare routine!

ConsWhen it breaks down, it doesn't look pretty. And it tends to turn too yellow.

The coverage, texture, and matte finish are alike. The fine particles have good glide and the longevity is not too bad either. At this quality level and price point from The Face Shop, it's easy to use without feeling burdened.
ConsAs time passes, you can see the limitations of The Face Shop in the mirror. The breakdown is not very pretty. And it's disappointing that it's shade 23 but not bright enough.

I usually use shade 23, but when I tested this product in shade 23 on the back of my hand, it looked a bit dark. However, when I applied it to my face, it matched well.
ConsAh, everything else was fine, but it crumbles and gets messy when it breaks down...

It's a product that I'm not sure how many bottles I've used or how many years I've used it. It's good for oily skin and seems to work well for combination skin too. As long as you don't slather it on too thickly or sleep without removing it, it doesn't seem to cause much acne. With redness from acne scars and peeling around the nose, this yellow-based foundation seems good for people like me. Don't just look for something that makes you look radiant - that can make you look unnatural and floating. I have combination/oily skin that's prone to various skin issues like acne, enlarged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, flaky skin, redness, and blemishes. It's a bit depressing to list all that, but oh well. I couldn't really find the right base makeup in my early 20s, but I've settled on this one. You can refer to my experience with that. The main common advantages seem to be that it's affordable and easy to access. It also has good coverage.
ConsIf you just focus on 'moisturizing' the basic skincare without properly assessing your skin condition at different times, you can end up accentuating skin texture and pores after applying this foundation, making your skin look very rough and thick (even if you applied it thinly). I've experienced that too, and realized that my skin isn't always extremely oily, even though the oil content makes it seem that way. - The oil production does tend to increase over time (my skin looks very oily based on the oil content). - There can be some issues with wear time due to the oil as well, though that can vary. - There's also some darkening that happens. Ah well, having naturally good skin is the best, I guess. Even with problematic skin, when it's having a particularly bad day, using the same old base makeup seems to always create some issues. It's such a dilemma and irony, trying to make your skin look better.
TipYou can take care of your basic skincare routine on your own. When applying the foundation, it's also a good technique to squeeze a small amount onto an air puff and dab it on. It has a nice, spreadable texture that applies well when you spread it with your fingers on top of your still-damp base skincare. But the real advice I want to share is this: If you have significant concerns about both blemishes and skin texture, and the texture is more of a complex for you, I'd suggest letting go of the blemishes for now. Instead of focusing on high coverage, matte products, try finding a product that prioritizes covering the skin texture. This is likely to improve your personal satisfaction and overall appearance more.

It has great coverage, is affordable to use generously, has a nice application, and the tone suits me well since I don't like anything too bright, so I've been using it continuously. It seems to work well for those with combination skin.
ConsIt's cheap, but the nose and T-zone area break down quickly. It can also be a bit drying depending on skin condition.
TipIt holds up better if you just use the foundation alone rather than mixing it with other products.
