It cleanses effectively, leaves no residue, and doesn't cause any particular blemishes. It allows for a fresher oil cleansing experience. The price. I bought a holiday edition set with small sizes to sample various products. Compared to other oils, Shu Uemura's is lighter. I've tried various Shu Uemura cleansing oils for nearly a decade, but I've ultimately returned to this pink one. The ingredients are disappointing.
