When first applied, it's a bare-faced look - it's white and very pale. It doesn't get shiny either.

I repurchased it this time because I liked it before. Except for the scent and dryness, I like it. Even though I have oily skin, I have to apply a rich lotion after using this cream because it makes my skin dry. I don't use it every day, but I apply it occasionally when I see it. The finish is not shiny and is powdery, which I like. The product suited my skin well and was gentle. The absorption was incredibly fast, so fast that I couldn't even tell if it was absorbing or evaporating. As I applied it, it left behind a very refreshing feeling, but then disappeared quickly. So there was no greasy or heavy feeling at all.
