  I had scalp psoriasis, and it would consistently worsen every winter. Like typical psoriasis, it would improve during the summer.   I didn't follow the instructions on the product label to use it as a steam pack, but I tried applying it to my wet hair, and also after drying my hair. It has the feel of a 'hair cream' that provides protection, as described. My hair feels softer.
