You need to use the 4-piece set (soap, toner, spot treatment, cream) to see the effects.
Even if you only use 1, 2, or 3 items, there will be some effect, but it will be weaker.

For those with trouble or acne, or those who tend to have a lot of it, you'll probably have a lot of sebum or oiliness on your face.
If you put the pack in the refrigerator and use it cool, your skin will be soothed.
