Hmm. The moisturizing power is substantial and good, but there was a slightly sticky feeling that wasn't my preferred sensation. And based on my combination skin type, it felt a bit heavy and stuffy.

After using it for about 10 minutes and removing it, I developed a huge pus-filled blemish on my cheek (an area that doesn't usually break out).
It was really shocking! Innisfree skincare doesn't seem to agree with me at all. 
While a small amount might have been okay, using it as a full face pack led to this shocking result. I really don't think I can use face packs again because of this traumatic experience.

It falls short in providing adequate nourishment for dry skin, so it's best to think of it as a daily moisturizing supplement. It has a slightly artificial honey-like scent.

Although the product packaging or description may make it seem incredibly moisturizing, the actual moisturizing power is just average. The transparent essence is soaked in, but the essence itself doesn't have a lot of nourishing properties.

Of course, it may be different for everyone.. But for me, after about 3 minutes of applying the pack, my face started to feel very irritated, especially the area around my nose which had been the driest due to my cold. I was thinking of just leaving it on, but when I went to check in the mirror 5 minutes later, my eyes were bloodshot and the area around my eyes was also red. My face felt so irritated that I got scared and wiped it off with a gentle toner and did a toner pack instead.. I'm not usually that sensitive.. And it's not like honey doesn't agree with me.. Anyway, everyone should be careful.

I stocked up on this product when Innisfree had a sale, since I heard it was good for dry skin. But somehow, it just feels suffocating on my skin. I don't usually have issues with honey or propolis-based cosmetics, and they tend to be effective for my blemishes, so I applied this without much concern. But I think the nourishment may be too much for me personally.

On days when your skin feels heavy and well-moisturized, as if it can absorb anything you apply, that's when you should use this product. If you apply it to skin that hasn't been thoroughly cleansed, the excessive nourishment may lead to breakouts or prevent you from fully experiencing the mask's benefits.

I'm also a bit sensitive, but I think it's better for those who are more sensitive than me not to use it. There are times when it stings a little, depending on the skin condition.

It seems to be absorbing well. The area I can see looks a bit dry, but after using it at night and going to sleep, it felt softer.

It's not just the manuka honey mask that's great, but all the other masks in this product line are amazing too! 😋 After peeling it off, my skin feels incredibly moisturized! I've been consistently applying it whenever I have the time.
