It was very ordinary and good. Except for winter, it's the best. Adding one oil in winter would be better.

The moisturizing power is really great. It can be used on both the face and body.

However, when used on the face, it felt a bit heavy and did not absorb well. Over time, it did get absorbed, but there was a sense of it sitting on top of the skin. There were also instances where it increased oil production if used excessively.

It seems really good since it's for babies. But the ingredients might not be suitable for oily skin types. It has a nice moisturizing feel even in the morning.

Pros
First of all, I have very sensitive skin and if I apply cosmetics incorrectly, red blemishes immediately appear on my face and it gets really itchy. I've been using Cetaphil on and off for almost 5 years, and it's really gentle.
Cons
In terms of functionality, aside from moisturizing, it doesn't have any other benefits - I think it's just because it's so gentle. And if you don't absorb it well, your makeup will slide off.

The ingredients were the best I've used so far. I had some itchiness, so I switched to Aveeno, but so far there haven't been any issues. I'll have to wait and see how it goes over time.
Cons
Compared to Aveeno, the moisturizing effect is slightly weaker. Aveeno seems to last for about 2 days.
