  Pros

  I wish I could list the positives, but there were so few that I can only say the fragrance was pleasant.

  Cons

  It had no effect on blemishes and left my skin feeling extremely oily. Even with my skin type, I felt dryness. In fact, using this product actually caused more blemishes to appear.

  Pros

  Absorbs well, gentle on skin, pleasant scent - truly lives up to the Avène reputation.

  Cons

  While I diligently shook the product before use, I still noticed some small blemishes appearing. My skin is quite thin and takes time to fully absorb products. As a result, products that don't absorb well tend to cause minor breakouts for me. Apart from that issue, it's generally fine.

  Pros

  When I work at the office, my T-zone usually gets quite oily, but applying this in the morning seems to help reduce that. Also, I haven't found any other product with such an easy-to-open lid.

  Cons

  I usually have small blemishes on my cheeks, so I bought this based on an Olive Young employee's recommendation. However, when I applied it to my cheeks, my skin felt so tight at work, I thought it would crack! Absolutely not recommended for dry skin. Even though I have combination dehydrated skin, it made my face extremely dry... I used it only three times before pouring the rest down the drain.

  Tip

  I'm not sure about oily skin types, but if you have an oily T-zone, I'd recommend applying this only to that area.

  At first, I used it without hesitation because it absorbed well and had a nice texture

  Cons

  However, after using it for a couple of weeks, I noticed an alcohol smell. When I checked the ingredients, I found it listed. As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone, oily skin, I regret using this product

  Sadly, there's absolutely nothing positive I can say about this product.

  This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review because of how badly this product affected my skin. I've used other Avène products successfully, so I bought this one from Olive Young without checking the reviews. After using this toner, I developed small blemishes and my face turned red. Even after calming my skin with various masks and tea tree oil, I tried the toner again just in case. Immediately, my face started tingling, and small blemishes and redness appeared, forcing me to wash my face again. I have combination dehydrated skin and I'm not particularly sensitive, but this toner was seriously incompatible with my skin.

  I can't really think of anything particularly good about it, as it was such a negative experience for me.

  Cons

  I bought this based on a recommendation from Olive Young, and it really drove home the point that cosmetics are truly a case-by-case situation. I originally had clear skin with only occasional blemishes, but after using this for a while, my skin transformed into one that's constantly plagued with acne. I tried this because I heard Avène was good, but I'm so disappointed. If a product doesn't work for you, stop using it immediately!

  The only advantage I can think of is the convenient packaging

  Cons

  So, I have seborrheic dermatitis and super sensitive skin. About 10 minutes after using this, my entire face turned bright red and started burning like crazy, as if I had contact dermatitis. I suffered for a few days because of this.

  When applied with a cotton pad, it initially felt refreshing, but my skin quickly became dry

  Cons

  I originally had combination skin with no blemishes, except for the occasional hormonal breakout. While using this as an exfoliating toner, I noticed some peeling on my nose bridge, which I didn't think much of at first. However, after about a week, I developed rashes that looked like insect bites, and my face turned red. I've stopped using it now

  Pros

  It feels cool and matte when applied. This would be perfect for very oily skin types.

  Cons

  As someone with blemish-prone skin, I felt a tingling sensation when applying, and it actually made my blemishes worse. Also, the lid is really inconvenient to use.
